Conditions Of Sale

Minimum purchase: $250 per order

All orders are estimated based on current availability and require approval by
the customer before delivery.

Prices are subject to change
 between
the time of estimate and time of delivery.
- A
50% down payment
is required upon confirmation of order.

Terms are C.O.D. Homescaper will accept cash, checks,
or money orders.

Claims for any cause must be made upon receipt of delivery.

All deliveries are confirmed via phone, fax, telephone or e-mail. All orders
include labeled plants, detailed plant list, planting instructions and
invoice.

Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday from 9:00am - 7:00pm.

All orders are shipped directly to the jobsite. Delivery fees are quoted on a
per job basis.

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

No warranty is given, expressed or implied, as to variety description or
lifespan of plant materials. Homescaper will replace defective plants within
5 days of delivery. Liability is limited to purchase price.
